What is this above the valve cover on the LT1 and how come a lot of people don’t have it on theirs?
I know it’s related to the throttle cable

Stuck crank hub
Gen 2 LT1, 1995 Firebird. I’ve tried an impact gun, breaker bar with the crank locked. I’m not sure what else to do. Tips?
