Ticket transfer via AXS- Fiddler’s Green

Does anyone know when the transfer period for Fiddler’s Green tickets opens? With Ticketmaster it was like 12-14 days before the event, but we’re at 10 days now and I still can’t transfer the tickets!

How to tackle this?

CC- $3,877, 22.49%, $150 payment (more when I can)
Loan 1- $2,605, 9.99%, $160 payment
Loan  2- $9,365, 9.97%, $255payment
Loan- $920/mo (Interest free loan from family for a home improvement project)

$298,338 in 401K, contributing 5%

I'm looking for advice on how best to tackle my current debt.  I'm in my mid 40s and I've been carrying 6-15K of debt for the last 20 years and can't seem to beat it.  In the last 2 years I have drastically cut back my spending, my car is 11 years old and paid off.  But I can't seem to make a meaningful dent in this.  After adding up all my monthly fixed expenses (including payments to the debt above) I've got about $150 left per month.  (NOTE- I am paid biweekly, so I only factored 2 paychecks/month into my budget.  There are 2 months when I get paid 3 times.  I treat that like a bonus).

My husband and I do "Yours, Mine, Ours" with our money.  This is all my personal debt and I will not be using our joint money to take care of it.  I get $2260 into my personal checking account on 2 pay period months, and my fixed expenses (including what's listed above) are about $2,100.

I've toyed with the idea of taking a loan out against my 401K or just taking a withdrawal and paying the penalty.  Thoughts?
