My fourth pin is here, and this time it’s "Mean Street Romance”. This is more faithful to the version seen in the original game than the one in EMR, which added a blue or green circle in the background for the Paint/Thinner Path. Each one comes on a backing card themed after the EM1 pause menu, and is individually numbered out of 50.
