[Federal] Evidence Processing
So my scenario is a guy linked to an FBI case was killed by a gun linked to the ghost gun blip ATF is onto (so it's safe to to say that this is an inter-agency case, kind of the Denzel and Val Kilmer movie "Deja Vu" kind of situation; don't know it something like that would even happen in the first place). My question is who would be the reponsible for lifting the prints from the gun? FBI or ATF?
