Didn't update my DD when they initially asked us too via email. Logged in via the app to do it but experienced an issue with the screen on Safari and couldn't click confirm button. Left it and my old DD still left my account last week as normal via 'gocardless'.

I have just now logged in on my laptop to update my DD which they still need us to do I assume, went to click confirm and am now getting this.

Yes the details I am entering are correct, as they aren't different from before. Surely most people being asked to do this are just entering the same acc no and s/c?
