I have shipped thousands of 10X10X2 boxes. Usually 6-10oz I only charge the buyer 4.99. I generally eat $1-2 a package.

In the last week I had two separate buyers advise me they were charged an additional $5 from USPS. At USPS today they scanned my package(I generally just drop off) and told me the rate was wrong and the buyer would be charged $5 etc upon delivery.

USPS confirmed the size and weight of package was exactly as I put into eBay. I paid the rate through eBay which was $6.89. They informed me it was incorrect. USPS clerk was no help. I spoke with eBay on the phone and they were no help and they would look into it.

Any advice on who to contact or what do do would be appreciated.
