44M after 9 years of diagnosis of weakened left ventricle, getting crazy side effects. Is any of this normal?

Initially told it was a viral issue. My EF in 2017 was 38, it’s closer to 50 now.

I’m relatively young and kind of live in a vacuum where I don’t know what’s normal. I’d love to list some things that I experience to see if it’s normal. I’m on low dose metoprolol and have anxiety which really blurs the line between heart issues and anxiety issues.

Anyway here’s some of the things I experience randomly over the years. These aren’t constant. They can come in waves:

-Positional heart palpitations (lying on my left side or pushing weights that are chest heavy or cause core tension)
-random dizziness that comes and goes.
-palpitations where my heart doesn’t race just my breath being taken away
-exercise intolerance for a month or more after I get sick, even if it’s minor.
-being able to run 10 miles one day and then feeling drained a week later.
-being woken up in the middle of the night and heart racing.
-being affected by not having enough water even if I didn’t do any activity.

I’ve sort of convinced myself that my vagus nerve is the issue. They’re such random things and honestly most weeks I work out 3x and run 3x with no issues. It’s just when the issues come it feels like dying.

PSA: Hawkeye pedestrian crossing light

It seems like there's a lot of confusion when people are waiting at these lights as pedestrians cross the road.

-A solid red means stop.

-Once the light starts blinking red and the crosswalk is clear, treat as a stop sign and GO

Edited for clarity.

Am I imagining things or are guys just tearing through sticks this season? It’s not just shots, I’ve seen sticks snap from hard passes. It feels like a broken stick is constantly in someone’s zone on the ice. they mentioned on the Canes broadcast a guy was on his third stick mid game.

I cannot take another day of Darren Pang barely hiding his contempt for our team. Saying at least Zadarov didn’t hit Dahlin in the neck and bringing up the bandits loss at the end of the game were nice cherries on top.
