I was refused on Apr 8th and the reconsideration was recived by IRCC on Apr28th, I have to leave canada tomorrow, I've been asking the process of my reconsideration, it's been no action taken, but yesterday they changed my application that was refused into submitted.
I want to know if I can stay in canada now or no? because it's been 89/90 days since the refuse, but my application is on submitted now not refused.
My reconsideration of my PGWP that is refused because of missing English test result is received by ircc with a confirmation email on Apr 30th. I contact MP for follow up and I called ircc to check the progress with the request both said it’s still processing.
My 90 day limit after getting refused is getting close. I want to know if there is anything else I can do to make this work faster?
This is that I did for me so I can stay in Canada:
I can not apply for a restoration of my study permit because I don’t have TAL/PAL
I never had a work permit, only a work permit for my in school intern. I already applied for a visitor visa and a restoration of the work visa.
I applied for my PGWP last year September, and got refused on Apr 8th for the lack of English test result which I already have when applying where they did not ask for one( they added that option of English/French test result silently with a system update on ircc website on may27). I have submitted a reconsideration webform on Apr 28(I submit this one late because I submitted with the closed application webform instead of active application webform that can send documents because my application is “closed”). And got confirmation from ircc that they receive the webform with my file to proof that I did my test before apply for the PGWP and here is the quote:

Quote end. I haven’t receive anything yet but I have contact the MP and the MP’s case manager Ms.Luzminda is helping me with the case that advise me to wait for results. Now I am 18 days away from have to leave Canada. Still no progress from that case, I called IRCC to check in this morning July 19th.
Now I can not apply for a study permit because I don’t have TAL or PAL, I can not apply for a work permit because my study permit is expired and I need that to be in maintained status to apply for Work permit and at the same time stay in Canada while waiting for a result.
I need help with what can I do to keep my status in Canada because I can’t afford a round trip around the world. And I want to know if I am considered no status or maintained status right now so that I can still apply for work permit or no.
I got refused on April 8th, which means I can only stay in Canada till July 8th. I send reconsideration and IRCC confirmed on April 30th that they see the reconsideration request and its waiting to be reviewed by an officer. I still didn’t hear anything from ircc since then. I already contact MP and got transferred to a case manager Ms. Luzminda. I was told to wait a month and if still no response from ircc, Ms. Luzminda will help me. But IRCC sent their confirmation a month before the day I should leave. So I need to do a restoration application to stay in Canada. Which one should I do? Student? Work? Or visitor?
