Semi cold start

I have been fighting issues with this n54 for months and I have done everything I can think of besides turbo's because the previous owner said they had replaced them. There has been quite a lot of smoke white and blue so I am kind of at a loss but from what I've seen online its pointing towards turbo's. If you guys can give me any info it would be much appreciated.
