What should people do with rude customers in a workplace?

Today while working this lady came to make a to go order. I work in a restaurant as the person who looks over the register and takes to-go orders, forgot the word. Today I was putting in tips since it takes away an extra task when we close. This lady comes in to order a to go order, but decides to sit in the bar. Right next to where I am but a bit far from the hostess stand, where the menus are.

”Am I getting the menu or are you?”

She asked, sweating and putting up the tips. So I had to stop everything to make this grown woman happy, and get her a menu. She orders from the bar.. no, not like to another worker.. from. How can I hear her?! Then two other workers come in and she comes up and finally tells me her order. She talks slow, and even holds up the line since she can’t specify what hot sauce she wants.

After she gets her food, she decides to look through the whole thing. if this is how they treat me at fifteen, I wonder how they would treat me if I was more older.

But the question is, what should restaurants, stores, businesses in general do with rude customers? What should they do when people decided to be a dumbo that day?

Would JFK like drawings?

i wonder if he would like a good realism drawing, would he widen his eyes or would he awkwardly chuckle. Or if he would like a good political comic..

Would it be more shocking if a story ends with it being a dream, or the characters suffering their consequences?

Im deciding to write a book during my highschool year, it’s still in the works but I’ve been brain storming the ending so much.

The context is: A girl lives in present America and a new president is in office.. nothing wrong happens until more political stuff happens. Such as big immigration policies, and she herself has immigrant parents. Going to a protest, it changed her point of view after seeing her protesting friends be flung by a car crashing into the protest. She and some buddies turn communist and decide to riot and become outcasts. Assassinating politicans until they get the president. At the end, only she is left and her friends were killed. She is on death row.

would it be more shocking if it ends up being a dream and she’s back to where she was.. or would it be more shocking that the book is her writing her story before she goes off to be killed?

I know some will say: you choose! But I’m asking more.. which will make you drop the book and keep your mouth wide from shock?..

wish me luck.. I’ve been procrastinating and day dreaming of my book.

is this extremely ironic?..

This question is due to me questioning my literal decisions on ideology, so this might enter political. No, it’s not a discussion, it’s just finding the answer to if this is extremely ironic.

If a child of a multimillionaire is a communist, is this ironic?..

Context! What if this child was born in a poor immigrant family, one story house and almost the ghetto. Hidden under roads and highways. This family decides to follow the capitalist dream to be rich. Deciding that, the parents open a business. It goes big, but they become millionaires.

Their child decides to follow the communist ideology due to the suffering they saw of capitalism..

Currently questioning my life and wondering if this was extremely ironic..
