One mounted flush around 15-17 inch or a bit bigger. Low power consumption good for low brightness at night reading. Doing a lot of my own research on monitors as well.

500-1500. This is part of an extensive project already.

Both. Needs good wifi.

Noise is fine. but needs to be smallest footprint possible.
