Freerun: Ascent Event Completion
Man, listen… before the release of Black Ops 7, the last Call of Duty game I FAITHFULLY played was Black Ops 2. For multiple reasons. I played here and there with friends but never ‘locked in’.
Black Ops 7 released and I was all hands on deck.
This is the FIRST event that had my anxiety through the roof. I played Freerun event the first day it came out, got all but ONE challenge complete. All that was left was finishing the course in Top 8 with under 15 faults.
I doubted myself after trying numerous, countless times. I gave up. Last night, I decided to give it one more run. After seeing everyone with their tips and tricks, especially remembering to breathe and to understand to take my time even on a time-frame.
I FINALLY completed the Event with about 4hrs to spare and I had eleven faults. I was amazed at myself considering all the self-doubt.
Shout out to EVERYONE who came in here with their videos, tips & tricks. It helped out a lot. I’m happy to have a camo that not everyone will have.
Now, we wait until the next event.
