PCM Tricare Prime HELP

I need help. I’m so confused. So my husband and I got married in January and I just moved to CA and joined his healthcare. He’s been in for a year. I’m trying to set up an appointment with a PCM because from what I’m seeing I need a referral to get into the GYNO because I need my IUD changed out that I have. This was my first time calling today and I’m been enrolled since February. My husband selected my PCM for me when he was setting up my paperwork and I have their name and everything. I call Tricare and the First Lady I talk to can’t find my PCM in their system, she transfers me to a customer service specialist who can find my PCM and they transfer me to another lady who was supposed to be able to set up an appointment for me. She said I needed to call another number to do that so some reason I can’t remember. So I call that number. All it does it ring and ring and never goes to voicemail or anything and I’m like okay wth. Husband gives me another number to call and I should be able to make an appointment. Talk to this lady and she’s rude as heck after telling her this is my first time. She says I am not enrolled and that I need to call Tricare and I’m like I already called Tricare, I have a PCM like what do you mean and she’s like they can’t find me and that means I’m not enrolled. So I ask her what number should I call and once again I’m calling Tricare who I had already spoke with 3 different people from already. Next lady I speak to was really nice but from what I’m thinking I understood she said that I have to call back tomorrow because they are saying the PCM I was assigned was at random and that I need to select my own and that because this is my first time calling that I’m not in their system and need to wait 24 hours or until Monday and I should have better luck then like WHAT DO YOU MEAN?! Is it supposed to be this confusing and this frustrating?? Please any guidance or insight would be super appreciated, I’m very new to all of this and have no clue what to do and it’s frustrating.
