I paid off a vehicle on November of 2025. Equifax and Experian reflected this with a zero balance/paid in full/ paid satisfactorily since then and now it’s almost June of 2026. However, TransUnion still says balance around 38k and paid/paying as agreed. I called the lender to request a Zero Balance Letter and was curious if anyone else had this issue? Were you successful just disputing it with TransUnion or just file with CFPB with the documents or both?
