Which is better, an internal or external hard drive?
I have a PS4 Slim and the internal hard drive is 1 TB. The problem is, I don't know if it's an SSD or an HDD. I bought it second-hand and I want to increase my PS4's storage. I've read that some people say it's better to install an external drive and others an internal one. I'd like to know your opinions. The main problem is that if I install an internal drive, I'd have to re-download all the games and versions I have, and my games are on Blu-ray. So, I understand that to reinstall Goldman Smash, I need not only the Blu-ray disc but also the game files, right? I don't know much about this, so I appreciate your help. Also, do you recommend an SSD or an HDD? I know an SSD is better, but the price is a factor, and I'd like to know how long an HDD lasts, as well as how they perform internally and externally.
