a disclaimer: I'm new to homebrewing on a PS4, hell I'm new to the console itself.

I bought a PS4 that was already jailbroken a while ago. 2 days ago I screwed the jailbreak, which obviously locked my games. I'm still confused how I did so (I was trying to connect to the internet and my best guess is that my router is having issues with connecting with DNS so that's why the DNS blocker didn't work, and it borked my jailbreak on the next restart)

anyway I tried to re-jailbreak it but the console was jailbroken with the luckfox pico method and based on my research this method requires some password input on the process of jailbreaking, to which I obviously don't have. Also to clarify, I gave up on trying to ask my seller on this problem so I ticked that solution off

So I ended up trying a different method. The vue method specifically and it works great! Unfortunately while in the process of doing that I have to wipe the system (I'm pretty sure I can only do the restore method ), so I moved my games to an extended drive in the hopes of moving them back after I jailbroke the console..... Except it doesn't work, all of the games threw an error when I tried to move them.

Well I decided to back them up instead and it's in a drive until I know if I can get them back or not.

Well that's a really long story, I figured one way to do it is to somehow turn that installed game back into an fpkg, can I do that? Heck what even is the solution.

Also I would honestly just try to download the games again but my internet is really bad and it would took days to finish just one of them (I'm talking an estimation of 1 day and 12 hours to download fallout 4)

hey so i want to use my laptop as a monitor for my ps4 and people said i need a capture card, i was wondering if those usb c to HDMI adapters work for that (since I've already bought one a year ago just need to find it ) or i need to consider buying an capture card

Hi i was wondering how one woud merge pfkg files of a game example elden ring which has 4 parts what program shoud i use or does anybody have a guide like how woud one install a fpkg with multiple parts to your jb ps4 ?

I was thinking about getting a devkit and doing some gigs with it cod gta etc, and was just wondering should I wait till ps5 devkits get software to unbrick them and make them usable by homebrewers or just buy a ps4 devkit right now and work with just ps4 games. im just scared on future proofing a big purchace

As per title. So I watched youtube about HenLoader AIO JB-CD and I am amazed how fast it jailbreak + Load Cheats. Would like to find out if there is for for fw 6.72 or lower? Yes I spent 10-12mins searching it and I didn't find it. If you dont' mind help

Is there a way to download pkgs to my ps4 without needing usb or hard drive?

Hi everyone, a lot of people were very helpful but I made a mistake, I thought I was on firmware 9.00. I'm actually on 7.55. is the jailbreak more stable on 7.55 than 9.00? Because I've heard not to update unless absolutely necessary.

I got 2 ps4s 1 is 12.50 other is 12.52 ive ordered a Bluray jailbreak disc is there any specific steps or just straight forward put the disc in? A step by step would be appreciated, ive got young kids so they would love 1 on my main TV save me a fortune lol

Hello was wondering how one woud update a retail game a real disc one on a jailbroken ps4 example red dead 2 ?

Ok so i´m not looking for a PS4 to get my fix of gaming, i already have an overpowered pc for that, i want one because i missed out on having one when i was a kid, so i want one just to satisfy my inner kid.

Anyways, i found this PS4 fat with the glossy hard drive cover for $80 bucks.

It´s a good deal but i´m mainly worried the thing is going to break down or start failing or something. Is that something common? Should i buy it? What do you think?
Does this one have problems when it comes to modding certain things?

Boa noite. Queria ajuda para saber se vale a pena comprar um PS4 desbloqueado. Eu nunca tive um console na minha vida; sempre joguei nos consoles dos meus amigos ou familiares. Agora que estou mais velho e trabalhando, quero comprar um para jogar.

Recentemente joguei em um PS3 desbloqueado de um amigo, já que o PS3 foi o console da Sony em que nunca tinha jogado. Porém, ele tem alguns jogos muito bons que eu queria jogar, como God of War III e Ascension, os Uncharted, inFAMOUS e Dante's Inferno.

Isso me deu uma vontade muito grande de comprar um PS3, mas logo pensei em comprar um PS4, que deve rodar todos esses jogos também, né? Fora os jogos próprios do PS4.

Mas já ouvi falar que o desbloqueio do PS4 ainda não está 100% valendo a pena.

Qual dos dois consoles vale mais a pena?

I wanted to download games on my ps4 but I only have a 128 gb ssd which can't be formatted in PS4 (coz it needs minimum 250gb) so how can I download games . I found a video which suggested to download games via apptousb payload but it always says something about binloader and doesn't open . Any solutions
