Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some clarity regarding the current state of the PS4 jailbreak scene.

I know that standard exploits like GoldHEN/PPPwn require you to use Rest Mode to keep the mod active, and that a full shutdown wipes it from the RAM.

My question is: Is there absolutely any way, hardware mod, or specific older firmware version that allows a permanent jailbreak (like a CFW on PS3) that stays active even after completely turning off the console? Or is Rest Mode still the only viable workaround to avoid launching the exploit at every boot?
