PS4 Homebrew Music Making App

Working on a music app for the PS4 and I’m pretty excited because I’ve made a lot of progress. pS4 didn’t have any music making games with the exception of the audio tools in the game Dreams so I thought why not since we have new jailbreaks I’m gonna take a stab at making a good quality package. I’d say it is a love letter to music games of the past like Music 2000 / MTV Music Generator 1 on PS1 and MTV Music Generator 2 on PS2. USB support working for song files besides hdd, confirmed midi controller support does in fact work.

So really I’m wondering if anyone would be interested in this? . I’m also curious how you all share homebrew apps or where I should go to promote it when it’s done (not close).

ChatGPT Desktop Performance

Just inquiring. I’m sure you’ve heard a post like this before. I have all my chats archived, local memories deleted, browser data cleared. Restarted my PC. Computer use via Codex mode is extremely laggy. One chat can significantly slow the performance down. Any suggestions?

I should probably start using CLI instead. Bypass performance issues maybe. Idk.

I’m ordering new strings for this. I guess I thought I would try Stringjoy Mediums here:

https://a.co/d/08DxZoAv

but not sure what type of string to put on it. It feels hard to play with the heavy fender factory strings on it. I think 24-100. Right now this also sounds horrible through any vst ir loader I’ve tried. It was bought modded (black pick guard, tremolo locked to reduce buzz or tail stop whatever it’s called? Not familiar with the mod in place)

I’d like to add that shims were added to the bridge to prevent it rocking back and forth and the tremolo spring may have been tightened. The artist who used this before had no interest in the tremolo and primarily used it for bass deep notes. I just want it to sound better and play better. Strings obviously will help. But…

It needs a setup but with the mods I don’t know what I’m doing so from a newbies perspective should I remove the mod (or leave it) and try to intonate and adjust neck myself? There’s a few dead fret sounds coming from higher on the neck. I’d like to remove that problem as well.

Any tips are greatly appreciated to those more familiar with this awesome instrument.

Sorry if my questions aren’t clear
