Keep yourself safe first, guys, take at least N95 masks and water bottles.

Remember to wash your eyes first if you come into contact with tear gas.

Leave when things get too chaotic. Don't try to get into physical fights.

Go with an adult if you are a minor.

Remember 18th July 2026, remember their indifference, remember the cowards, remember their audacity, remember how they are showing you who they care about more. It's NOT you. We see you, INDIAN MEDIA. We will not forget.

Text from image :

"Fight. If you cannot fight, speak.

If you cannot speak, write.

If you cannot write, support.

If you cannot support,

boost the morale of those who are working.

If you cannot do even that,

do not break the morale of those who are,

because they are fighting your share of the battle."

– Khudiram Bose

I am a student who took the re-exam this year. I do not care about CJP or Wangchuk's past protests in Ladakh, and I do not care if the opposition is involved in all of this.

I have turned 18 this year, and I will never vote for this spineless government. They couldn't even put out a statement acknowledging the protests or the students who are taking a stand in the protest, even if they did not want to give attention to Dipke or Wangchuk. The Indian media has thoroughly proved who their masters are; even today, they prefer reporting on FIFA and protests in Pakistan rather than the biggest one happening in their own country.

We will never forget your indifference. This is not only about one exam, even if that blunder alone led to the loss of so many young lives; this is about accountability, this is about whether you care more about your citizens or your incompetent government officials.

Surely the rot goes deep if they are willing to go this far for Dharmendra Pradhan.

This is about ACCOUNTABILITY and CONSEQUENCES. Your incompetence is not absolved by refunds and re-exams. The lost lives will not return with your flimsy promises and half-assed efforts.

I am a student who has studied, or at least come across, the teachers in this video; seeing them there makes me so grateful. I hate that I live in another state; I do not have the means to come to Delhi. But spreading awareness is the least I can do.

You can argue all you want about CJP or about the opposition playing a hand in all of this...I don't care, honestly. I just want the resignations to happen. I want statements from the government. I want them to realise who they really serve at the end of the day.

Please step into the field, let's fight for our respect. If you are in Delhi, or you have adult money to make your own choices.

Wake up.

Most of the posts on here are just 'woman bad', 'feminist bad', 'men bad'. Anyway, I don't get it, and I doubt that most of these posts are from real people, not just karma-farming rage-baiters.

I am sorry, I just found this sub a few days ago and was baffled by the arguments and 'discussions'.

You are in your 20s, your brain is still developing, and this is what you feed it? Hate and extreme resentment against the opposite gender? Let's be real, most of you have not got much exposure to and company of the opposite sex, outside of family, classes and work, where you do not have many choices on _who_ you are with.

You are frightened. You want to be a part of the culture, the 'normal'. In fact, the same elders who taught us to maintain distance and never pursue our desires or affections now want us to 'get ready' for the 'next phase', which is marriage, kids and family.

As soon as you have a little bit of progress and money, all of it becomes secondary; it becomes something you can pursue after marriage, for boys. Something you should let go of or keep lowkey, for many girls.

In short, you get frustrated, and you feel insecure when you fail to meet those expectations. Suddenly, you need to develop skills that weren't in the curriculum: how to make conversation, how to be likeable, how to build boundaries, how to have emotional regulation, how to move on from people, how to be vulnerable and how to deal with trauma, etc.

That is...insanely difficult; It is why the people who have these skills stand out so much.

But wait.

What's easier? Being insecure enough to find content that put down others extremely gratifying. It's easier to find echo chambers that validate the opinions that would label you as an 'outcast' in a healthy society, because this is NOT normal, and you know it.

Suddenly, you are seeing gender in everything and throwing all reasoning out of the window. Nuance is being discarded and even shamed; men are called simps and women are called pick-me(s).

News report: 'Woman got killed by husband...' mandatory comments: "Oh, she must have drained him of all his joy and money...bleh bleh bleh because all women are..."

News report: 'Man got killed by wife...' mandatory comments: "Oh, he must have been abusive and...bleh bleh bleh because all men do..."

I am not making this post to police anything; I am writing this as I find this disturbing. It will ruin your mental health and career; you won't ever be at peace. The truth is, your ideal world will never be a reality; you cannot protest or hate enough to change people. You can change only yourself and your perspective.

You can get out there and find your people, you can make support groups, you can read and learn and understand, and it will be 100 times more gratifying than the so-called agenda-charged 'memes' that incite anger more than laughter. You can try and fail miserably; still, you will be in a much better place.

Heal your heart and your head.

Bye.

What do you think about Tibetan medicine?

I am not in college, but I didn't know which sub would be most appropriate for this post.

My family went to this popular Tibetan hospital in Dharamshala called Phendhey Che Kyong. It was brimmed with patients; they needed to have a really complex system for booking appointments, which I won't get into right now. Nothing too unexpected, as they provide very cheap treatment, and they are known to have cured diseases in people who were told they couldn't be saved.

I don't have any strong opinions on it, though it felt a lot more legit than homoeopathic places. Still, I am skeptical.

Some of the people we talked to claimed they had really great results after following the dietary restrictions and eating the medicines provided.

My question is, if this form of medicine is really so effective, why don't we have schools that teach Tibetan medicine in India? Why don't more people research it and make it more accessible to the general public? It's not a new thing, right?

Sorry if the question is stupid; when I asked at home, they reasoned that it's because only monks study this medicine. But I think if this knowledge is present in such an organised form in India, then shouldn't we make the best use of it?
