Apparently no refunds still applies when you get sent 1/6 of the stuff you ordered😑😑

So I recently ordered the granola I eat on a daily basis and when it got to me I opened it to find they only included 1 bag out of 6 of the granola I ordered and now it won’t let me return it or request a refund. How tf can they have “no refunds” when they only sent me 1/6 of the fucking granola bags I ordered. Then they replaced the other bags with another completely different brand that isn’t even close to the same flavor and I can’t even eat due to food allergies.

Amazon seriously needs better policy when it comes to non returnable items for when the seller sends the completely wrong product. It’s not even like they got my order mixed up with someone else’s bc one of the bags is the right type of granola. It looks like they literally ran out and just gave me 5 bags of the wrong granola knowing I couldn’t return it and assumed I wouldn’t go to the trouble of trying to contact them and Amazon support so I can get my money back for this crappy raisin granola I don’t want. It’s beyond mildly infuriating, it’s outright theft at this point. I feel like I was scammed. I used the chat thing to contact selling management and when it asked why I needed to return it I explained that it was the completely wrong item and they literally just responded with “sorry this item can’t be refunded, have a nice day” like why tf even bother asking why I want to return it if the stupid AI chat bot is just gonna respond and say I’m stuck with the wrong item.

Anyways if anyone had any advice on how to resolve this and get my money back or at least an exchange for the right product, it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
