What tool do I need to get this wheel out?
Hello, so the wheels on my train case and super loud and beat up. I bought these anti-rattle covers for the wheels, but I can't figure out how to access the wheel from its holder. I took out the screw covers, and I have a picture of the pin mechanism holding the wheel in place. I don't want to get new wheels because I know they will just get loud and clanky again super fast, I just need to figure out how to put this rubber on. Please help!
