Cost to relocate a rock wall & contractor recommendations?

I’m looking for recommendations for a contractor to relocate a rock wall that’s on the verge of collapsing. The new wall will be about 7’ x 6’.

Does anyone have a rough idea of what something like this might cost? Also, would most contractors be able to reuse the existing rock, or will new material be needed?

If you’ve had similar work done or know of a reliable contractor, I’d really appreciate any recommendations. Thanks!

i don’t know whats wrong with these shrubs

i planted these shrubs, two pittosporum and the center one is a japanese something. i can’t tell if they need more water or if im overwatering them, the leaves keep getting all droopy. idk if its worth mentioning that i live in west texas where it’s been in the 100s the past days. someone please guide me on how to take care of them, i dont want them to die.
