Searching for 1 BHK in Manikonda, Gachibowli, Kondapur, (Basically around Hi-Tech City), would like the place to be under 5/6 kms from Knowledge City!!
Looking for 1 BHK (Separate H and K). Apparently good 1 BHKs are rare in Hyderabad.
For some reason they ask around 30K for decent 1 BHKs (Brokers)
My budget is 25K
Expectation is flat should be furnished with AC.
Or I can get unfurnished flat around 20 and I will rent everything that's also okay.
I am okay with brokerage too if the flat is nice enough and withing budget.
