Can I take a hot pan- like a baking sheet or casserole dish- out of the oven and set it on top of my induction stovetop (vs my counter)? Will the heat break the glass since it isn’t being heated at that time? I just bought a silicone mat to protect the glass from sliding pans. It shouldn’t be a problem doing it with the mat, right?
1nderland is a 1nderful gift on my 63rd Birthday today! I’m so freaking happy I could scream. 41 lbs down (from 239) since October- not the fastest loss but I’ll take the win! 20 more pounds to my first goal weight. LET’S GO!!! *Ive never posted about my progress before so please be kind and disregard all the dust on my scale- I blame it on my Persian kitties, lol! 💕😹
I am in 10b and I planted the third week of March- although I could have planted at least 1-2 weeks early but we weren’t home. The plants are doing great and there are several tomatoes on them but they are no where ready to harvest. So, for all of you showing your harvests or the food you are making with your tomatoes- WHERE ARE YOU AND WHEN DID YOU PLANT? 😊❤️🍅
We currently have a sealed gas cooktop. It runs on propane. There is a 110v line that it’s connected to for the igniters. I want to switch to an induction cooktop. I know I have to have a 220v 50a run from my sub panel into the kitchen by an electrician. Now here’s my stupid questions… what do I do about the gas line? Do I just turn it off? Does it have to be capped off permanently? Who does this work? Will the installer do whatever is needed to the gas line when they install the cooktop? Please advise and thanks! 😊 *Pic taken behind drawers under the current propane stovetop.
