Anyone else missing cat assignments? Looks like it stopped assigning cats to visits for me sometime at the start of 5/14.

The firmware update that was released in March finally started updating on my unit today. It's still "updating" 4 hours and 15 mins later per the app. 😩 The unit screen just shows the white "Ready" line.

I called Support and they told me to call back tomorrow morning if it is still stuck, but to not power cycle it.

Has anyone else encountered this? Please tell me I am not going to have to go through onboarding again. 😩

Just an FYI for the OdorLock litter fans...they have changed their packaging from the super strong bags that stacked well to crappy cardboard boxes that don't survive being shipped. 😡
