Getting a 2nd surgery (transposition) in September

In 2022 I tore my medial triceps while bench pressing. The medial tricep is completely gone now as well as the tendon that was there. I had pain in my elbow area for a couple years and thought it was because of the muscle tear. Eventually it got so bad that I thought I was going to lose my arm and I was experiencing muscle wasting in my hand so I went to the emergency room and was recommended to an orthopedic surgeon who told me it was my ulnar nerve. So we did an ulnar nerve decompression surgery. The surgery helped a little and the tingling to my hand decreased and muscle wasting in my hand stopped. However I still have incredible pain in my elbow area but there isn’t that much tingling to my ring and pinky finger only a little bit. The pain in my elbow is debilitating and I work with 1 hand and almost feel like I’m a 1 1/2 armed man because of my condition. I’m nervous if it’s still my ulnar nerve or the existing triceps that are still there but they too seem to be shrinking slowly and wasting away. I’m extremely scared because if this surgery doesn’t work I’m not really sure how I can live the rest of my life with this type of pain.
