Went to LFC this morning with a friend for brunch and, different owners, different chairs and hardly any customers. That little place used to be bustling especially on a Wednesday.

Anyone know when Jody left? I don’t remember anything being on FB other than when the owner of the building wouldn’t renew her lease then he rescinded that decision and trading continued.

Can say we were shocked and a little disappointed in our experience today.

Is there an Energy Australia office in Newie? Have just been on the phone for nearly an hour with a problem with our account and am seething.

Not only was the person I was talking to difficult to understand but, could not offer any help other than to ask me multiple times my name, dob, address etc etc. I really don’t think she could understand me either.

They rang back and the phone call id’d as coming from Victoria but, she’d already said she was from Burma and it was the same person.

What the hell is wrong with Rebecca Gibney’s eyes?

Watched it for the first time tonight and it looks like she can barely see. Thought at first it was lighting but, the contestants seem to cope and you can see their eyes. She is squinting really badly.

Don’t mind her hosting but, her eyes worry me. Maybe just a new make-up artist?

Police sirens galore about 10.30am and Bridges Road closed off looks like right up to St James Rd.

Only just opened back up - hope everyone ok.
