We are looking for a sharp, experienced Social Media Strategist / Growth Marketer to hire someone who can help launch and scale client acquisition for a new agency based in Miami, FL.
The Target Audience:
High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) in South Florida—specifically medical specialists (doctors, cosmetic dentists), tech/finance founders, and high-ticket service entrepreneurs.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop an organic and paid social media strategy tailored to high-ticket/luxury client acquisition.
Create short-form video strategies (Instagram Reels/TikTok) focused on authority and trust-building rather than generic ads.
Design localized content positioning that resonates specifically with the Miami market.
Advise on or execute direct outreach/lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience growing social accounts or generating leads for high-ticket service providers (b2b, medical, legal, or luxury).
Understanding of Miami/South Florida market dynamics is a strong plus.
Portfolio or case studies showing prior client acquisition or engagement results.
Compensation:
Retainer: $1,500 – $2,500 / month (depending on experience, scope, and deliverables).
Hourly alternative: $30 – $50 / hour.
Open to performance incentives for qualified leads generated.
