Help Build the AI That Runs an Auto Body Shop

We’re building a private, local AI system that will eventually operate much of the administrative and operational side of a modern collision repair business.

This isn’t another chatbot project.

We’re building an AI employee that understands our business, documents procedures, assists technicians and estimators, supports customer service, manages knowledge, and becomes increasingly capable over time.

We’re looking for someone who wants to help build that system from the ground up.

What You’ll Build - Your primary responsibility is helping train, organize, and improve our local AI ecosystem.

Projects include:

• Building AI knowledge bases
• Creating and maintaining SOPs
• Training local language models
• Prompt engineering
• Testing and evaluating AI performance

• Creating reusable workflows
• Building RAG knowledge libraries
• Designing AI agents for specific business functions
• Researching and implementing new AI capabilities
