These Altra Experience Flow 3 shoes have 400km on them. Compared to others who post about early wear with Altra shoes I think mine are doing well. I only wear them to run and am 6ft and 175lbs.

I was sorting stuff at the bottom of the stairs for about ten minutes and Miffy sat on the steps watching me the whole time. I love how she follows me around the house when I am home.

Do not pass without petting me!

Slowly getting back into trail running and hope to do a 50km ultra within a year. I expected I would appreciate the poles more on the uphills and they are useful. But I didn’t expect how much more confidence they would give me descending. I set a PR on a descent today thanks to these poles giving me more confidence.

At night, she snuggles my head and sleeps by my shoulders.

I am stuck until she wakes up.
