Poppy the protector! 👮

My cats… Miffy and Poppy. I often call them Pops and Mops. Miffy is the one in the back. They are half sisters.

I have over 600km of running/walking on these shoes. The first 400kms were exclusively running kilometres. And then I began using them for every day use, walking, vacation, travel, etc. So saw more heal wear after I started walking in them. I love these shoes so much for running that I may buy a third pair as I think I will got through one to two pairs a year given I am running around 40km a week now.

These Altra Experience Flow 3 shoes have 400km on them. Compared to others who post about early wear with Altra shoes I think mine are doing well. I only wear them to run and am 6ft and 175lbs.

I was sorting stuff at the bottom of the stairs for about ten minutes and Miffy sat on the steps watching me the whole time. I love how she follows me around the house when I am home.
