NEW PRESET: COLD WAR THE GREAT COMBINATION

I merged the map of the 1945 present, with the rules of 1962 with Dice Rolls and some elements from the 1946 present.

I tweaked the Prompt rules and the Sim Rules also and currently with Good AI's i managed to make the world fell quite alive.

(PS: Ignore when it says that default promps are used, the game identifies anything that uses the default prompt as a base for change as the same as no change)

It may have dementia, but damn the description to action and the Advisor are goated it may be the AI with most detail when it comes to that regard. Wath do you think about it?
