DO NOT USE ELITE ROOTER!! I would give them zero stars if I could. I had a collapsed sewer line in my yard and they were the only company that said they could come out right away. I was desperate because my house was under contract and I need the work done quickly. They quoted me $14,000 and said it was because they would have to dig 12-15 feet. After digging all day, they couldn't find the pipe and left. They did not communicate with me what was wrong and did not show up the next day. I called all the numbers and was only able to leave a message. They showed up the third day and realized the pipe was 2 feet over from where they dug. They installed new pipes. Then they said they needed to dig another 10 feet to fix more pipe and it would be another $14,000, and then they left again! I called another plumber and they said that Elite not only needed to dig more because they installed the pipes incorrectly and needed to fix their error, but the hole was only 9 feet deep, which was a standard size. Needless to say I put a stop work order. The new plumber is doing the entire job for $9,200!! Elite Rooter took advantage of me. They lied about everything! Do not use them. I've left several messages for management and they have never called back. They are scam artists just trying to rip people off. Fortunately, I was wise to it and got out on time!
