I decided to start it with paper so I got out some old notebook, I am down two whole pages right now

Hi, I am new here, but have been swallowing random stuff for years now. I want an advice about objects I can get for me to swallow, maybe in bulk, I dunno. Vase fillers and marbles with squishies, aren't really interesting to me, so I really want you to advice me some interesting but safe objects.
