U can hear a small noise like a rattle or bottle filled with tacks and then it goes away when clutch is engaged or in neutral. If so what to do to fix?

(Ignore my bad shifts I’m 2 weeks into learning manual in) in the first vid sounds normal second one (sound so so so good but obnoxious) it’s noticeably louder and had a lil metallic noise while engine braking pretty sure it’s a leak or lose exhaust.
