Continental vs Blaupunkt OEM-style stereo swap / did you need an adapter?

Hi all. I've narrowed my options down to these two models. r/carAV say the Blaupunkt will be awful, but it has two RCAs that I could use to connect my sub, and if I got the Continental I'd have to use the sub's high level input and splice it in - not the end of the world but the Continental is a fair bit more expensive and seems hard to find in the UK. I'd also consider modding splicing in a USB input with a CD changer emulator or something, but I can't seem to find any kits for that online.

Any thoughts greatly appreciated!

Looking for advice around brake upgrades for my pd130 GT TDI

Running MK1 Audi TT rims, so plenty of space for bigger rotors. (Side quest)Also looking for centre caps with VW logo on to fit TT MK1 rims))

Wanting a braking system that does require too much modification but I'm happy to go above plug and play.

I'd like it to be affordable, not needing race level performance. Just something with more bite than stock brakes

First Cat update

Started working this morning, jacked up the car and saw that the subframe and roll bar are rotten, only on the drivers side too, bc the car was parked outside for s few years between a wall and a hedge🫠 even the caliper is rotten as on the front drivers and the power steering feed line as well but im in too deep now🤩

Regardless hoping to have it run by next weekend
