Like everyone else here who has posted about it I too am having the same issue about not being able to activate the Disney Bundle through Xfinity with the Xfinity Gig + Streaming plan supposedly including it, have gone through countless chats with the online support and supposedly had my case escalated but did not see a ticket in my support section, getting increasingly frustrated as I was told to let my current subscription fully cancel before trying again and sure enough it's the same issue...
