What is a species of ant that is common and cheap where you live but very expensive where its non native. And how much does the ant cost where you live and abroad.

So what is the time where you had the least workers and most brood.
For me my camponotus sanctus colony during founding where I had 3 workers and 21 brood.
So I breed mealworms for my ants but most of the mealworms kinda get grayish and when they die they become pitch black. I leave the lids open so there isnt a humidity issue but it is 30C where I live right now so could the heat be the problem.
It seems to be affecting the larvea and the pupae but I dont have many beetle losses.
So right now I have a colobopsis truncata that I just caught I gave her honey and she took it but should I give it protein. Some sources say its semi claustral and some sources say its not claustral. What should I do as she only has 1 egg she laid the other day.
