Paid for a subscription but no access to pro
I got charged for a yearly subscription (which i have had for a few years), except even though i’ve paid my account says I have no subscription and I need to pay to play. I’ve tried to contact support (emails and ticket) but nothing. My account doesn’t even give me the option to cancel the subscription.
Genuinely how do I get through to support/ cancel the subscription so I don’t get charged again?
