I've been playing ranked for a few months (I only play mid), but despite having good individual KDA results and generally being mid, I always win even against Legend/Ancient, in this case Playing riki, I still don't have a good win rate (always around 50%). What should I improve on?
I finished the game with 19-3-7 in a game lost 31-50
what should i do, if my team mates not reply at me if i try to indicate the way ( push, gank etc )

I'm actually thinking that the Glicko system matches me with a weaker team to balance the game, regardless of the win rate. If it knows I can make a good KDA, XPM, GPM, APM, etc., it thinks I'm not at that level and therefore matches me with players on a losing streak or slightly lower than that level. A sort of mini smurf detection.
