Should i get tested or no?
I got an ear infection in both of my ears a month ago, and got prescribed amoxicillin-clav 2x a day. I took it for like 4 days and started getting diarrhea and honestly, STUPIDLY stopped taking it for a couple of days. I didnt know that that is dangerous and feel bad about it. I struggle with depression and couldnt get myself to take it consistently after i stopped. Its been 3 days since i took my last dose. I still have bad stomach cramping and pain and diarrhea after eating anything at all. And nausea and gas.
I dont have insurance or money really so id like to avoid a doctor visit unless i have to. Idk if this sounds more like a sensitivity to amox or if i really did give myself cdiff AND an unhealed double ear infection.
Any help would be amazing :(
