I have this aldan american coilovers. I lost the manual and now I dont know what this knob does. I want to increas the stiffness but i dont know how much to turn it.

Please help

Does anyone know how to remove the motor. I swear I have tried everything but that little metal thing won’t budge. If anyone knows id appreciate the help. At this point im going insane
