I only have weverse for bts and I am not getting ANY notifications, I especially want to know when they go live and I am so frustrated I missed taehyungs yesterday😭 I went to settings in the app, they're all toggled on, I went to my phone setting for the app and notifications are on, and today I uninstalled then reinstalled the app. what else can I do????

this is coming from a Samsung messages user and I was forced like everyone else to make the switch, which I despise

​

1. typing bubble icon in my notifications tab when someone is writing me a text, I don't wanna see that shit

​

2. when I pull down from the notifications tab and hit reply from there, it doesn't fucking send, it just loads forever unless I click on the message and then it takes me to the app and then it actually sends (this is so annoying because I mostly reply from the pull down notifications)

3. it's harder to discern an unread text from read

4. I lived off of message drafts and the little orange "draft", but now if I have a draft it's just italicized and I can barely find it

5. I fucking hate the little purple text icon on the contact pictures that let's me know they're using RCS or whatever, it confuses me because it makes me think that's a new message, which I suppose will take some getting used to, but I don't need to know who is using RCS??? it also distracts from their contact picture

6. there's limited color schemes, which is fine, I do miss having background pictures for texts, but some contacts it won't let me change their color schemes?? why??

7. I like how at the top of SM it would tell me the number of unread, now I have to like search for unread which is dumb

8. there's a lag for when I've opened a message or responded like when I go to the main page it will lag for a second in bold or take a second to send my reply and move it to the top, why tf is this happening?

9. I turned off animations for emoji reactions bc that shit was cringy, but now if someone else reacts with an emoji to a text, I'll get a message about it instead of just seeing their reaction

10. it says theres an option to view starred messages, but how does one go about starring a message? not that I need this, I'm not even sure what effect it gives as opposed to pinning

11. when my phone was on silent w SM and I picked it up I felt a slight vibration that let me know I had a text, and now that doesn't happen which is shit

12. that's all I can remember for now, I just don't understand why we were forced to switch? why can't SM still run?
