Biotin causing headache?
So, I have VSS and have (luckily) never had migraines. At least I think. It's only ever been mild headaches. They were never enough to inabilitate me. Today I tried one of those Biotin Gummybears that my friend recommended me. After I ate one, I got a headache. Now, it could be coincidence. But did anyone else have a similar story?
