Any local places not bars to watch the Mexico Vs England game with my 10 year old son. He’s not really feeling Dave and Busters anyone have suggestions not really looking to drink just get out the house watch it with other fans.
My fellow custodians , janitorial staff, and so called cleaners. This will be my 23rd summer in and around this industry. As the sun sets on another school year I find myself not really looking forward to this one. 23 years have come and gone I was a lad of 17 when I first came on wasn’t really my dream at the time. Got comfortable moved up the ladder was a facilities director by 26. Things happened in life got married had a kid divorced got married again divorced again bumped myself back down to normal custodian again. 32 schools I’ve had the pleasure of working for all shapes and sizes from charter , public , private , juco , all girls , universities. Last year and half I’ve been at two districts one in the AM and one in the PM a middle school and an elementary. One beats the heck out of me physically the other I take it easy and listen to music and podcast while I’m mostly on autopilot. I’ve worked 2 schools not these same 2 for about 8 years now, And this is the first end of school year I’ve genuinely felt tired both physically and mentally.
Keep trying to hype myself up but mostly I’m checked out I genuinely feel over it. I’ve taken long vacations about a month in December and involve myself in my son’s activities as well as take mental days to just chill or do what I want. But I just can’t seem to get into it !
Well thanks for allowing me to vent , and appreciate any kind words of encouragement and maybe just need a digital hug from my sisters and brothers in this the brotherhood of the mop and broom.
I know it’s the hundredth time posted on this Sub but looking for cheap priced window tint place here in the South Bay. Only need the 2 front windows tinted doesn’t have to be ceramic or any high end window film would just like it to match the 2 back windows and the rear window dealer tint don’t want to spend a lot since it’s a lease. Any suggestions welcome Torrance/redondo/Gardena/Hawthorne
