Suffering from body dysmorphia, need advice for my first cut

Suffering from body dysmorphia, need advice for my first cut

went from 43kg in 2023 to 76kg now after 3 years of bulking. Finally ready to cut but it’s my first time and I’m lost af.

Should I cut aggressive or go with like a 300 cal deficit? Also need a solid workout plan my chest, back and legs blew up but my arms are still small. I barely hit abs too.

Food side is confusing every YouTuber says something different. How do I actually eat and train for this cut?

Any tips would help fr feeling mad dysmorphic rn 😭

I'm an 18-year-old guy who's always been pretty introverted. Truth is, in my entire life I've never had a long-term friend or best friend – the kind you can message randomly at any time, talk for hours, and actually build something real with. No drama, just genuine connection

Fully open and easy to talk to

Down for random silly stuff one day and deeper, controversial, or meaningful topics the next

Okay with slow replies sometimes I'm introverted, so I recharge alone, but when I'm in it, I'm present

No pressure to be super outgoing or share your whole life story right away. I'm a good listener, curious about pretty much everything, and I don't judge. Politics, philosophy, memes, life struggles, weird theories, daily nonsense, or whatever's on your mind – I'm game.

If you've ever felt like it's hard to find someone consistent online, or if you're also missing that "ride-or-die" friend vibe hit me up. We can start slow in comments or DMs and see if the vibe clicks naturally.
