Has anyone else had repeated Universal Credit savings/bank account reviews shortly after already completing one?

I recently went through a full UC review two month ago nov-feb where I had to provide bank statements, savings information and answer lots of questions. It was so stressful as the lady requested the papers begging of march then disappeared than two days before the deadline she requested me more what was not right and said they going to take my money or stop paying if I dont complete. This put me so much pressure on me. I am diagnosed with high anxyety and depression it was too much and I can't deal with this kind of stress and threats. I am self-employed, work, care for my daughter and also struggle with my health, and honestly the whole process has caused me a huge amount of stress and anxiety. The last review felt very pressured with short deadlines and warnings about payments potentially being affected.

Now I have another question on my account asking me to confirm my money/savings again, and I am confused because obviously normal balances change from day to day due to wages, bills and living costs. I do not know whether they expect the exact same amount months later, or whether they are only checking that savings are still under the relevant threshold.

I wanted to ask:

  • Is this normal after a UC review?
  • Do they regularly ask for fresh bank statements again after only a short time?
  • Are normal day-to-day balance changes supposed to be reported every time?
  • Does being self-employed trigger more frequent checks even I report that monthly to them?

I am trying to do everything correctly, but the stress of constantly worrying about reviews and documents is becoming overwhelming.

Thank you to anyone who shares their experience.
