I’m just stuck on the front screen - background sync is off, SafeMode is On, 3rd party app backup is off. Anyone else facing this problem after upgrading to the latest version 16.2.2?

Anyone feels that notability has become insanely laggy and many times even logging in returns a 403 error code? And I am unable to import my own templates which was not an issue in the past.
