sync.el
Goal: Give Org-mode a modern sync experience (similar to Obsidian Sync flow), but fully local-first, plain-text, and Git-compatible.
What it does:
Why It Exist: I wanted Org sync to feel invisible and reliable, without forcing me to manage Git manually every day.

I have been sitting with this frustration for a while and i figured i had just say it out loud: Donations work in the Emacs ecosystem is kind of broken. Someone maintains a package sets up an Open Collective or GitHub Sponsors page, and most of the money if there even is any flows to them. Which is fair, they do real work. But the person who spent two weekends fixing that one gnarly bug? The one who wrote half the documentation? They normally get nothing.
So i have been sketching out a system that would: Track contribution activity automatically (commits, PRs, issues weighted, not just counted)
Show exactly how shares are calculated with full transparency Distribute whatever funds come in proportionally without anyone having to make awkward judgment calls
i want to build a real MVP not a weekend hack, something actually usable i am thinking around $2K to cover the backend if you are an early supporter, i want you involved telling me which metrics actually make sense, what feels gameable, what i am missing. Before i go further i genuinely want to know:
Does this solve a real problem?, or i am overthinking it? Obvious concerns i don't have perfect answers yet, which is partly why i am posting it. how is this?

Dialyma is an open-source alternative to Framer - built for developers who want the speed of visual design without losing control over their code.
You can design your UI visually and export clean, production-ready HTML & CSS for free. No messy divs, no locked platform, no weird abstractions - just code you can actually use.
Dialyma also supports plugins to export directly to React, Next.js, Vue and Laravel. So you can start simple, and scale into real apps without switching tools.
The goal with Dialyma is simple:
make visual building feel fast like modern tools, but keep the output developer-friendly.
