I've been recommended The Expanse by many friends who are total sci-fi geeks, and while I do love sci-fi movies, The Expanse just couldn't really do it for me. It's a hot take, but it honestly just felt too slow for me to enjoy. Now you may say "But that's for realism!" And yes, you'd be correct, but sadly this realism sadly just makes me bored (even though I wish it wasn't for me).

Of course this is just my opinion, and I can definitely see the appeal. Sadly though I just can't get into it.
