Looking for a horror movie I watched as a teen on foxtel (I'm Australian) it was about a group of teens who go to an abandoned house to perform a seance to contact the main boys dead mother, who apparently died performing a seance in the same house.

One of them gets possessed and starts killing the rest.

The bulk of the movie is the main boy explaining what happened to an agent scully type woman,

The 3rd act twist ends up being that our main boy was the one who was possessed the agent had been talking to her self for the last hour and a half and our "main boy" is found hung in a closet.
